Support

Send a support, billing, privacy-deletion, or abuse report. You will receive a ticket number immediately.

Send a request

1. Open ClipFabulous and sign in to your account.
2. Open your account and choose Support & deletion.
3. Select General support, Billing, Privacy or account deletion, or Report abuse.
4. Describe what happened and the outcome you need, then choose Create support ticket.

Your account’s support panel shows your recent ticket numbers and their status.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a password reset.

Manage your account

Use Manage billing in your account to manage subscriptions. Use My Creations to delete individual completed or failed creations, or submit a privacy or account deletion request through support.
